Show Us Your Stuff - last minute entry!

So, in the nick of time, which seems to be a common thread lately, I have completed the Show Us Your Stuff March challenge!

The challenge for this month was to use this quote, and add something handmade of course!

And, my first thought was, lets turn this into a cut file! So I did, then I cut it out on water colour paper and coloured it with mist to create an ombre effect.

So this is the result:

I made the quote into a 6x4 PL style card which was a great size for making it stand out.

Love the water colour effect, using the right paper helps!

Here you can see my Charms Creations handmade piece and also some handmade flair from D-lish Scraps.

Love this photo of my mum and my girls. It was only a phone photo, but it is still very special.

So, that is my quick post for today and the end of the month.

Thanks for stopping by,

Katie x

Great layout Katie! I love the effect the watercolour paper gives, it looks fantastic! I love the pic too, it doesnt matter if its "only a phone photo", at least you captured the moment and that's what is most important! Cool cluster of embellishments too. Thanks for playing along with us at Show Us Your Stuff! :)
